Top notes

The top notes of REGENCY combine Saffron, Cinnamon, and a deep, juicy Plum note. This mix opens the scent with a warm, spicy sweetness and an indulgent, liqueur-like fruitiness.

Middle notes

The middle notes blend Immortelle, Cypress, and gentle boozy hints, giving it a warm, rich, and slightly resinous character. This stage adds depth to the spiced Plum opening, creating a smooth, indulgent, and subtly smoky feel.

Base notes

The base is a rich, warm blend of Oud, Amber, Benzoin, Fir balsam, and Vanilla. It creates a deep, resinous, and slightly sweet foundation with smoky, woody undertones that linger on the skin, giving the fragrance a luxurious and enveloping finish.

Plum Japonais Dupe

Within every note of REGENCY is an ode to Plum Japonais: the discontinued scent brought originally to life by Yann Vasnier in 2013. Yann Vasnier created this scent to capture the essence of “ume” or Japanese plum, from its awakening fruity tartness to its intriguing exoticness.

The ume has, for centuries, been a symbol of resilience. 

Against all odds, and where other plants wither, ume can bloom and thrive in even cold winters. This Plum Japonais dupe perfume evokes this in every way. With long-lasting wear, our blend is just as resilient and will keep you “blossoming” through both daily rituals and luxe dinner parties. 

And, like ume, the cinnamon, amber, and woody undertones come alive in the winter. Comforting, rich warmth. Unashamedly potent and enveloping. This is not a scent for those after subtle, light sakura-esque whimsy, but rather for those who live to make a statement.
