Yes, we try to ship all over the world using Royal Mail. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. UK orders can be processed the same day and be with you in 3 days; others may take 5–7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

An inspired-by fragrance (often called a ‘dupe’) shares the characteristics of an existing luxury or designer scent, but is not affiliated with that brand. It may share the same or similar ingredients and manufacturing processes as the scent that inspired it – and is sold at a much lower price than the original.

AMBR London scents are similar to the original fragrance, having been manufactured with similar ingredients and techniques for the closest match possible – at a much fairer price. We endeavour to capture the essence of the original; however, all fragrances are subjective, and as such we cannot guarantee a perfect imitation. If you don’t like it, you can send it back for a refund.

AMBR London fragrances are designed for all-day wear, with the same scent quality you would expect and demand from their luxury counterparts. As with any fragrance, you should expect the aroma to change over time, with top notes gradually fading away and middle and base notes forming the longest-lasting part of the fragrance. Every product has a detailed description of its top, middle and base notes.

While designer labels put a high mark-up on their fragrances to enhance the aura of exclusivity, at AMBR London our mission has always been affordability. By offering luxury-inspired scents crafted with similar ingredients and manufacturing techniques, we’re able to put comparable, high-quality fragrances on the market – without the premium price tag. An efficient manufacturing process, low overheads and only a small marketing spend help us keep our prices down.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. Our return address is:

We understand you might want to test a spray or two before deciding to keep a fragrance, and that’s perfectly fine. To be fair both ways, if a product has been used beyond a test, or a return is outside our 30-day window, we may not be able to process a refund.

Return postage is paid by the customer. To start a return, email Ambrlondon@gmail.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes. You don’t need to send the whole bundle back. Return the bottle you don’t want and we’ll refund the difference, recalculating the bottles you keep at their single-bottle price. Return postage is paid by the customer.

We offer refunds rather than exchanges. Return the item within 30 days for a refund, then order the fragrance you’d prefer.

No – 5ML samples are non-refundable. They exist so you can try a scent before committing to a full bottle.
