Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we try to ship all over the world using the Royal Mail. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. UK orders can be processed same day and with you in 3 days, others may take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is a Dupe?
A 'dupe', or a duplicate, is a product that shares the characteristics of an existing luxury or designer product, but are not affiliated with the said brand. In terms of fragrances, a 'dupe' may share the same or similar ingredients and manufacturing processes as the inspired scent – but are often sold at a much lower price point than the original.
How similar are the AMBR London scents to the original?
AMBR London scents are similar to the original fragrance, having been manufactured with similar ingredients and techniques for the closest match possible – (at a much fairer price). We endeavour to capture the essence of the original, however all fragrances are subjective, and as such we cannot guarantee a perfect imitation. If you don't like it, you can send it back for a refund.
How long will the scent last?
AMBR London fragrances are designed for all-day wear, with the same scent quality that you would expect and demand from its luxury counterparts. As with any fragrance, you should expect the aroma to change over time, with Top Notes gradually fading away and Middle and Base Notes forming the longest lasting part of the fragrance. Each product on offer has a detailed description of Top, Middle and Base Notes.
How do I return and item?
At AMBR London, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right, which is why we offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase – our return address is:

We understand that you might want to test a spray or two before deciding to keep them, and that's perfectly fine. However, we need to be fair both ways. If the product has been used beyond a 'test' or if the return is outside our 30-day policy, we may not be able to process a refund.
Please keep in mind that if you purchased a bundle, the entire set must be returned for a bundle price refund, otherwise, we can offer an exchange for individual items. By offering luxury-inspired scents that have been crafted with similar ingredients and manufacturing techniques, we’re able to put comparable, high-quality fragrances on the market – without the premium price tag. We have an efficient manufacturing process, low overheads and only a small marketing spend which help us keep our prices down.
